History
Mason Dixon Energy Services, LLC (MDES) was established in January of 2018 with the purpose of providing best in class pipeline maintenance services, tactical style projects, and other operational support services to midstream customers in the Marcellus and Utica Shale plays. MDES is a West Virginia-based company, and are proud to be comprised of 100% local workforce.
Our management team combines over150 years of experience in routing, design, and construction of pipelines in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio, and over $1 Billion worth of successfully completed land development and infrastructure improvement projects through the course of our careers.
Within the first three years of operation, MDES has successfully and safely repaired over125 pipeline-related land slides in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, and continue to grow in project complexity and capacity.
Prior to the inception of MDES, LLC, our staff was directly involved in repairing and/or managing the repair of over 200 pipeline related landslides in the same region.

Meet Our Team
Managing member
Christopher Hartley
Chris is a resident of Cameron, West Virginia, and is the Owner and Managing Member of MDES, LLC. On a daily basis, he develops and oversees operational support teams to service clients in the midstream sector, including pipeline integrity projects, maintenance and rehabilitation projects, landslide repair, tactical system projects, and facility construction and maintenance. He handles all project estimating and leads the company’s overall operation.
He has almost 20 years of experience in the industry and is a graduate of Fairmont State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering

Spencer Ingram
Spencer focuses on the various facets of law that revolve around digital media and technology, whether that’s securing patents and trademarks for wearable tech or negotiating distribution agreements for the now prolific AZL App. Prior to co-founding Harris Ingram, he managed the tech startup accounts for Lee, Wooden & Ziegler LLP. Spencer has represented and advised entrepreneurs on best legal practices for their business for over 15 years.

Isabel Sonam
Isabel got her start working under Hugo Walters, Esq., director of the ABC Fashion Institute. She specializes in all things related to fashion law, whether that’s securing a trademark for a logo design or helping clients work through federal textile laws. Before joining Harris Ingram, she was an associate at fine arts practice Veronica Chin, PLLC. Isabel also represents fine artists, galleries, appraisers, and more on art litigation matters.
